Please note: postage is calculated on weight AND size, for simplicity it is expressed simply as weight.

UK Delivery  1- 3 days *(excludes Highlands & Islands UK)

  • Orders under 1kg: £3.75
  • Orders over 1kg: £4.95

EU  3 – 7 days *(includes Highlands & Islands UK)

  • Orders under 1kg: £7.95
  • Orders over 1kg: £14.95

Worldwide 5 - 10 days

  • Orders under 1kg: £15
  • Orders over 1kg: £29 

Wherever possible, orders received by 10am Monday to Friday will be sent the same day. Orders placed after 10am will be sent the following day, excluding weekends.

If you’re not able to sign for your delivery, please make a note of a safe place where it can be left in the ‘notes to St Kitts Herbery’.

Once your order has been despatched, we'll email you to let you know it's on its way and send you tracking information for your delivery (where applicable).

If you need a guaranteed delivery on a Saturday, this can be arranged- please contact the shop by phone to enquire.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

In line with UK distance selling laws, you have the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch or return your order after receipt, in good order and unused, within 14 days. Unless goods are faulty, you will be responsible for the return postage.* Please notify us immediately if you decide to return your product and include your invoice in the package. We recommend retun by tracked post - parcels will be acknowledged as returned on receipt by us. Once the returns are inspected and accepted, you will be refunded via your original payment method.
