Are you open all year round?

We are open nearly all year round! We are a family business (and everyone needs a break) so we do close around Christmas for a short period, aside from that we are here 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday through summer, and 10am-4pm Monday-Saturday through winter.

Are your products all-natural?

Our toiletries contain only the minimum amount of safe synthetic ingredients to improve function, keep them free of harmful bacteria and prolong their life - some of our products are made from 100% natural ingredients.
Our manufacturing and business practices are designed to impact as minimally as possible on the environment.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

With the exception of arnica massage oil & essential oils (which should be used under the guidance of a qualified practitioner) all of our products are safe to be used by pregnant & breastfeeding women.

Are your products suitable for vegetarians and/or vegans?

With the exception of our lip balm (which contains beeswax) and conditioner all of our toiletries are vegan friendly!
Our dark chocolate bars are suitable for vegans, all of our teas, tisanes, jams, chutneys and marmalades and suitable for vegans, as is our herb salt.
All of our milk & white chocolate bars are suitable for vegetarians.
In our coffee shop all of our cakes are vegan friendly, and we serve a range of vegan friendly options for drinks.

Are your products tested on animals?

Our products are not tested on animals and we do not buy ingredients from companies that test on animals.

Can you send goods internationally?

Most of our products are able to be shipped worldwide. Unfortunately we are not able to internationally ship any items that are alcohol or oil based, this will be indicated on the product pages but the list includes: Perfumes, Room Sprays, Reed Diffusers, Essential Oils and Scented Oils.

Can your packaging be recycled?

In short - yes.
All of our bottles & box packaging is 100% recyclable. The only exception being our pumps - these are made of mixed materials so not all recycling centres will accept them, contact your local centre for further information.

Do you do discounts for bulk orders?

We have a specially curated price list for our trade customers - so if you run a shop, hotel, B&B, restaurant, or any other establishment that would like to resell or use our products please fill in one of our wholesale enquiry forms here and we will get back to you with more information.

How do I add a product to my basket?

To add a product to your basket click on the "Add to Basket" button on either the product page, or alternatively the category page.

How do I check on an order I have placed?

If you have an account on our website just log in and go to “My Dashboard” - from here you will be able to see all of your previous orders and their current status.
If you do not have an account make sure to keep an eye out for an email confirming despatch of your order - the email will contain tracking information so that you can check where your parcel is.
