Based on the cocoa drink that originated in the Caribbean this is unbelievably gorgeous; chocolatey but with the same refreshing qualities of a cup of traditional tea. Cacao beans, as well as being low in caffeine, are also rich in essential minerals including magnesium, calcium, zinc, iron, manganese, potassium and copper. In addition, the beans contain vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C E and pantothenic acid.
Best way to prepare: Place 2 teaspoons of tea mix into a 3 cup pot, pour on boiling water and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Strain and serve with or without milk & sugar.
