Elderflower & Hibiscus Tisane
The sweet, honey like taste, similar to pomegranate or lemonade, of hibiscus combines beautifully with the lightly fragrant elderflowers for a thirst quenching herbal brew. Hibiscus is also known to reduce blood pressure and can be effective with just 2 or 3 cups a day. Elderflower is rich in bioflaonoids, known for their antioxidant effects.
Best way to prepare: Place 2 teaspoons of tea into a pot or infuser, pour on boiling water and leave to infuse for 5-7 minutes. Strain and serve.
