Ginger & Lemon Tisane
A lovely, refreshing drink, with ginger to calm and soothe. Ginger is well know for its ability to settle the digestive system and has been used to treat morning sickness, heartburn and flatulence. The refreshing taste of lemon verbena is a bonus for a herb that has been shown in studies to boost the immune system and reduce muscle damage in athletes.
Best way to prepare: Place 2 teaspoons of tea mix per person into a pot, pour on boiling water and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Strain and serve. Sweeten as desired.
