We want to ensure that you’re happy with your little bits of luxury! So if something has gone wrong, or if you aren’t satisfied with your order, make sure to read below and get in touch to see how we can help!

Despatch

Wherever possible we try to despatch your order the same day that you place it, all UK orders with standard postage are sent via Royal Mail 48 or DHL/UKMail - we’ll email you with the tracking number as soon as your parcel is on it’s way!

Returns & Order cancellation

If you would like to cancel and return your purchase for any reason you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order - just get in contact with us, pop it in the post (tracked delivery is always best!) and provided that it is unopened, unused and in resalable condition we are more than happy to exchange for a different product, or refund the item entirely.

If you would like to cancel your order before we’ve shipped it, make sure to contact us straight away! Orders are usually despatched promptly so you’ll have to be quick!

Faulty Products

Some things just aren’t meant to be - if you’ve been unlucky enough to receive a faulty product then make sure to email us within 24 hours of your order arriving with details and some photos (if needed!) - whatever the problem is, we’ll work to make it right for you.
